Terms of Use
The baseline terms for using the Playora marketing website and requesting beta access.
1. Acceptance
By using the Playora marketing website, requesting beta access, or interacting with Playora forms, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information.
2. What Playora Provides
Playora provides information about collaborative celebration music curation and may offer access to beta experiences by invitation. The marketing site is not the production app, does not provide backend access, and does not move product logic into Wix or the marketing layer.
3. Beta Requests and Communications
Submitting a beta request does not guarantee access, availability, onboarding, or any specific feature. Playora may accept, decline, pause, or change beta access at any time.
4. User Submissions
You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, confidential, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have permission to share it. You grant Playora permission to use your submission to evaluate and support your request.
5. Music and Third-Party Services
Playora curates music requests, preferences, votes, dedications, and handoff context. Playora does not stream, host, sell, or distribute audio. Links such as Open on Spotify or Listen on YouTube lead to third-party services that are governed by their own terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Playora name, logos, website design, copy, product concepts, workflows, graphics, and other site materials are owned by Playora or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially use them without written permission.
7. Companion Sites
Playora may link to companion story or education experiences, including Celebrate around the world and Music Atlas. Those destinations may have separate content, policies, and update cycles.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation
The site and beta materials are provided as-is and may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or beta materials.
9. Updates
We may update these terms as the product, beta program, and companion sites evolve. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
